VISIT LONDON BY TAXI, A TEAM AT YOUR SERVICE

Visit London by Taxi was created in 2009 by David to offer an exclusive service to all French speakers visiting London.
This service is designed to help you discover the city’s heritage and traditions, understand the local culture, and find the best restaurants, hotels and other unusual places to visit.

Who is David?
Originally from Picardy, he moved to the capital of the United Kingdom in 1991, deciding to spend a year in London to learn the language of Shakespeare, and he is still there!

In 2005, he obtained his London taxi licence, the most difficult to obtain in the world (nicknamed “the knowledge”, it requires memorising all the streets and key locations in London, which takes between 2 and 5 years of preparation).
David is the first Frenchman to hold this licence, which allows him to drive the legendary London taxi (“Black Cab”), and to have also passed the taxi/guide exam.

Constantly on the lookout for the latest unusual places, he will share his enthusiasm and experience of London with you, whatever your interests – art, culture, creativity, the royal family, rock “n” roll, gastronomy, Harry Potter… – or accompany you on a simple discovery tour.

In addition to these guided tours, David offers services to help you organise and make the most of your entire stay. Don’t hesitate to contact him!
